This home is very beautiful. Put a lot of money into it as it was my home for over 25 years. floorings, painted inside and out. A/C is just a few years old. Water heater is about a year old. $20,000 dollars on Windows just last year. I lived there I put over $100K on upgrades. It shows well. I use to rent it a few months a year and it rented for $4800 a month. A must see. Thank you!
